Erie Corporate Center: Community Development Group believes that a mixed-use environment of employment, housing and regional commercial opportunities leads to sustainability and economic success. With this in mind, we planned the future Erie Corporate Center to accommodate commercial expansion along the Interstate Highway 25 corridor. The residential buffer to the rural area that lies to the west is currently being planned as part of our Tustin community. A network of trails will provide pedestrians and bicyclists connections from Interstate 25 to Old Town Erie.
